Rchard MacManus at Read/WriteWeb shares his presentaton “What’s Next on the Web?”  Tech trends include Web sites as Web services, the Intelligent Web, growing mobile capabilities, semantic apps, social graphs and more.  MacManus promises to continue tweaking the presentation as trends evove.

Social networks future”like air”
Charlene Li speaks on the future of social networks being “like air” at the Graphing Social Patterns West conferenece.   In 5-10 years, social netwroks will be anywhere and everywhere we need and want them to be and “without that social context in our connected lives, we won’t really feel like we are truly living and alive, just as without sufficient air, we won’t really be able to breathe deeply.”  Slides are available at Slideshare.
