iGoogle meets Desktop gadgets
Now those Google Desktop gadgets you could put on your desktop and sidebar can be added to your iGoogle start page. It’s really easy, but first you need to upgrade Google Desktop to version 5.5, or download it for the first time, which you can do here.
When you are ready to go, just check the gadget directory and select the ones you want. I have added a couple of fun ones to lighten up my iGoogle emphasis on news summaries. Of course, I already have my gmail and Google Reader links front and center. [via Google Desktop Blog]
