asksam.pngIf you aren’t familiar with AskSam eBooks & Databases, you might be missing out on some valuable, but freely available, online resources.

You’ll find a tresure trove of widely varied ebooks, including classic literature, guides to copyright law, the Patriot Act, various legal and judicial resources, and government reports and documents.

For downloaded ebooks, you will need the free askSam Viewer, or askSam, a searchable, free-form database (free trial available).  With askSam, you can create your own ebooks, as well as free searchable databases from virtually any type of information.   [via LibrarianInBlack who pointed out a collection of Fifteen Thousand Useful Phrases.]
