iGoogle gadget for YouTube

YouTube Videos Now Available on iGoogle
youtube-logo.jpgMashable notes that YouTube has created an iGoogle Gadget to go on your iGoogle homepage. 

You can search YouTube directly from the gadget and watch YouTube videos, as well.  The gadget operates similarly to the Google and YouTube video searches that can be placed on your Pageflakes and Netvibes front pages.

igoogle.pngBut, they point out, “the YouTube video player for iGoogle’s Gadget does not have the new viewing and sharing features that we’ve been getting rather used to. So no scrolling thumbnails for related videos or immediate gratification for embed code with this iGoogle feature. Bummer.”
