Jacqueline L. Mundell, MLS/MPA, President, has 27 years of experience in libraries and library organizations, ranging from reference librarian to high-level management positions. Most recently she was dean of Instructional and Information Support Services at North Seattle Community College, where she was responsible for the library, distance learning, campus-wide professional development, and the Interdisciplinary Studies program.
Prior to that she was director of the Library and Information Technology Association (LITA), a 5,000 member division of the American Library Association. Jacque was director of the Cleveland Area Metropolitan Library System (CAMLS), and Nebraska’s OCLC network, NEBASE. She has held positions as head of library services, information services, and as a reference librarian. She has a life-long interest in training and development, particularly around the use of technology.
Jean Kent, MLS, Associate, is Faculty Development Coordinator for the Seattle Community College district and a tenured faculty member of the Business & Information Technology division at North Seattle Community College. She worked for a number of years as a reference librarian before her commitment to teaching and interest in technology led her to a full-time instructional faculty position.
Carrick Mundell, BA, Associate, provides technical consulting and assistance. He is Systems Development Specialist at Exponent, an international science and engineering consulting firm.
